Bernard is one of the fastest delivery birds for the Odd Bird Planet Postal Service (OBPPS).  He has won numerous awards for delivering mail in no time flat.  One of his most prized possessions is a solid platinum charm for delivering a letter across the planet in 12,134 wing flaps.  That beat the record of 24,123 flaps that was set in 1988.
