When do the new kits appear?

Our new kits will appear on both websites on the 1st of each month with a small sneak preview. Full kit pictures and contents will be on the site on the 7th of the month. Our gallery is available for showing at Lime Tart on the 14th of the month with amazing projects and ideas from the talented design team. New kits are available for purchase until sold out.

When do you ship the kits?

Subscription kits are shipped during the first week of the month. Other orders are posted once your payment has been received. No waiting around at Lime Tart!

Can I add stamps or other items from the Odd Bird Planet to be shipped with my kit?

Yes, you can, if you are having your kit shipped from the US! Just make a note in the "special instructions" when placing your order, indicating that you'd like your order shipped with your kit.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do! We accept Mastercard and Visa and have a secure server, which can process your payment. This makes it nice and easy to set and forget your subscription payments, therefore getting a surprise parcel each month!

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes we do. Just select this option when checking out your order.

Subscription payments:

Subscription payments can be made either by credit card or by direct deposit. If paying by PalPay, you will be emailed a PayPal invoice. Once payment has been received then your kit will be posted to you. Subscription payments are due on the 1st of each month. Your payment will be processed on the first or second of each month.

Gift subscriptions:

If you are purchasing a subscription or a kit as a gift, please indicate this in the comments section, along with a personal message to the recipient and we will wrap the kit and also include a handmade gift card with your message.
