The Odd Bird Planet Postal Servic (OBPPS) was established in June, 2008 as a secondary mail system for the planet in the event of a telecommunication and communication malfunction with the satellite system. The OBPPS works 32 hours a day managing snail mail worldwide and relies heavily on its dedicated support crews.
